This mediation is 40 minutes long, the only long practice in the kit. You start listening to it while falling asleep. It first helps you to relax and process your day and then fades into gentle music after 20 minutes that grows more and more silent so that you will be fast asleep soon, probably already 25 minutes in and you'll wake up refreshed and rejuvinated!
